2月27日,河鋼(gang)(gang)集團(tuan)邯鋼(gang)(gang)公(gong)司應用自(zi)主知識產(chan)權技術(shu)、全(quan)球首創(chuang)的“轉爐底(di)(di)吹氧(yang)底(di)(di)噴石(shi)灰(hui)粉+轉爐煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)干法除塵”新工(gong)藝(簡稱:H-OLTB工(gong)藝),再次創(chuang)下爐底(di)(di)壽命新紀錄(lu)。該工(gong)藝在邯寶煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)廠1號轉爐應用以來,實現(xian)了高(gao)精尖品(pin)種鋼(gang)(gang)全(quan)覆(fu)蓋冶(ye)煉(lian),關鍵(jian)指標達到(dao)國內領先、國際(ji)一(yi)流水平,噸鋼(gang)(gang)綜合(he)成本較傳統冶(ye)煉(lian)工(gong)藝降低約14.65元。

H-OLTB工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)是轉(zhuan)爐底(di)(di)(di)吹(chui)氧底(di)(di)(di)噴石(shi)灰(hui)粉(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)和轉(zhuan)爐煉鋼干(gan)法除塵工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)的(de)結(jie)合。其中(zhong),轉(zhuan)爐底(di)(di)(di)吹(chui)氧底(di)(di)(di)噴石(shi)灰(hui)粉(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)屬煉鋼前沿技術,具(ju)有終點氧含量低(di)、脫氧劑(ji)消耗量少等優(you)點,此前國內沒有先例;轉(zhuan)爐煉鋼干(gan)法除塵工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)具(ju)有除塵效果好、能源(yuan)消耗低(di)等優(you)勢。邯鋼顛覆性地將兩項工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)結(jie)合應用,屬全球首(shou)創。

在(zai)開發應用(yong)該工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)過程(cheng)中,邯鋼(gang)(gang)積極(ji)落實(shi)(shi)河鋼(gang)(gang)集團(tuan)部署要求,在(zai)河鋼(gang)(gang)首(shou)席(xi)科學家(jia)團(tuan)隊指導下,與(yu)河鋼(gang)(gang)材料院加強協(xie)同對(dui)接,充分發揮廣大(da)技(ji)術人員作(zuo)用(yong),開發出轉(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)爐(lu)底(di)(di)狀(zhuang)態智能化識別系統(tong)等先進技(ji)術,以及超潔凈汽車板新(xin)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)和(he)高(gao)磷(lin)IF鋼(gang)(gang)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)精準磷(lin)回收技(ji)術等國內首(shou)創技(ji)術,突破(po)了低全鐵下轉(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)高(gao)效脫(tuo)磷(lin)等行業難題,實(shi)(shi)現了轉(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)底(di)(di)吹氧(yang)底(di)(di)噴(pen)石灰粉工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)和(he)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)干(gan)法(fa)除塵(chen)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)的完美兼容,并申報了19項專利、10項軟件(jian)著(zhu)作(zuo)權(quan),在(zai)H-OLTB工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)領域實(shi)(shi)現技(ji)術引(yin)領。與(yu)傳(chuan)統(tong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)相(xiang)比(bi),H-OLTB工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)可(ke)實(shi)(shi)現大(da)廢鋼(gang)(gang)比(bi)冶(ye)煉(lian)(lian),廢鋼(gang)(gang)比(bi)較傳(chuan)統(tong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)提(ti)高(gao)20%-30%,減少鋼(gang)(gang)鐵料消耗9.12kg/t;可(ke)降(jiang)低轉(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)終渣全鐵含(han)量,由(you)此(ci)金屬收得率(lv)可(ke)提(ti)高(gao)0.5-1.5 個百分點,大(da)幅降(jiang)低煉(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)成(cheng)本;可(ke)降(jiang)低轉(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)碳氧(yang)積,減少脫(tuo)氧(yang)過程(cheng)中形成(cheng)的夾雜物,提(ti)高(gao)鋼(gang)(gang)水純凈度(du)和(he)產品實(shi)(shi)物質量。
